Dom Pérignon’s latest vintage deserved a staging and presentation worthy of its latest incarnation.

The presentation was no easy task: we were in the midst of a pandemic and had to reinvent ourselves. This is how Contrastes was born, a culinary project that brought together the greatest gastronomic talents on the national scene.

The idea? A box designed by our team and produced by José Piñero, known as the “maker” of the artistic tableware for the great chefs. Inside, a carefully studied tasting of 12 morsels for 2 people to enjoy, prepared by Albert Adrià, which paired perfectly with the Vintage 2010.

A few days later, Adrià’s creations were delivered personally to people’s homes – with all the security measures in place – to be enjoyed and shared at home.

In this limited edition of 100 units, no detail was left to chance; each journalist received instructions on how to best savour the experience and fully enjoy this gastronomic treasure, which was only possible thanks to a gastronomic alliance of luxury.
