The challenge we faced was twofold. We had to handle the communication of the entity’s anniversary with the aim of making people aware of the essence of Avapace and, as a complement to the campaign, develop an annual communication strategy with a series of actions to improve the visibility, awareness and vindication of the different realities that coexist in the association.

When in doubt about the best way to break through the barrier of unfamiliarity or discomfort, we must “look each other in the eye”. From there, looking into each other’s eyes becomes the broad path of understanding common knowledge. For 50 years, AVAPACE has been looking into the eyes of a reality that is often overlooked.

Our work consisted of both the conceptualisation of the strategy and the campaign, and the development of actions to be undertaken jointly with the Agència Districte: AVAPACE events, alliances and collaborations with other organisations and institutions, communications and awareness-raising. An action plan, tailored down to the last detail, to make the association visible, have an impact on society and make people aware of the work carried out over the last 50 years.
